Community Services Industry Alliance — Engaging with the community services industry.

CSIA works with the community service industry to build its capacity for a sustainable future. To gain a deeper understanding of current and emerging needs within the industry, we developed an online tool–the Business Maturity Scorecard (BMSC). This tool was used to engage with organisations across the Queensland Child and Family Support Sector, to assess their level of business maturity and compare their results with others in their cohort.

Previously existing as a paper-based document, the digitiation of the BMSC was pivotal to achieve CSIA’s organisational goal in facilitating the collection and analysis of data from individual organisations.
