UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who excels at crafting beautiful, intuitive and user-centred digital experiences. You’ll translate research, insights and complex requirements into elegant interfaces that support user needs and commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers and developers, contributing to projects end-to-end — from early framing and concepting through to high-fidelity UI, prototyping and design system development. Your work will help shape digital products that surprise, delight and perform.

• Designing and specifying user experiences that balance commercial objectives with user needs
• Participating in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyse requirements
• Producing wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces
• Creating consistent, brand-aligned designs that utilise systems and support efficient development
• Presenting design thinking clearly to team members and clients
• Collaborating with strategy and development teams to ensure solutions are feasible, accessible and on budget
• Managing your own time effectively and completing work within planned hours

• Strong interaction, visual design and prototyping capabilities
• A deep understanding of user-centred design and how UX informs UI
• The ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Confidence engaging directly with clients to present ideas and rationale
• Experience collaborating with strategy, development and PM teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to lead discussions and help shape project direction
• A self-starting mindset with the ability to manage your own time
