Junior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a junior or student designer to join the team.

This is a hands-on role working on real projects from day one. You’ll be contributing to live work, learning how projects actually run, and building a strong foundation in UI/UX.

You won’t be expected to know everything — but you will be expected to be curious, proactive, and willing to improve.

You’ll work closely with designers, strategists and developers across a range of projects, including:

• Designing UI components and layouts in Figma
• Rolling out designs across page templates and screens
• Creating and refining wireframes and simple user flows
• Making updates based on feedback from the team and clients
• Preparing files and assets for development
• Supporting design QA and ensuring consistency across work
• Maintaining and contributing to design systems

• Currently studying or recently graduated in design or a related field
• A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you’ve made
• Solid fundamentals in layout, typography and hierarchy
• Basic understanding of UX principles
• Comfortable using Figma
• High attention to detail
• Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
• A genuine interest in improving and getting better

• Experience with prototyping or motion
• Curiosity around AI and emerging tools
