The Role
As our Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our business, extending our service offerings, and establishing strategic relationships.

What you’ll be doing
Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Leverage your commercial acumen to drive revenue, build growth strategies, and forecast business opportunities to ensure sustained growth for the agency
Market Insights & Service Expansion: Identify market trends and emerging needs, helping us expand our service offerings to remain ahead of the curve. This includes monitoring developments in tech and assessing their application both within our business and for client solutions
Strategic Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as an invaluable partner in their digital transformation. You’ll work closely with these clients to align business visions with practical roadmaps, creating value-added solutions that enable growth
Client Engagement & New Business Development: Proactively reach out to decision-makers within target organisations, identifying their needs and aligning our offerings with their strategic goals. Present concepts effectively to stakeholders, securing buy-in and transitioning concepts into actionable projects
