With this in mind, we work with our clients in an ongoing capacity to ensure the effectiveness of the assets we build.
Typically, the work completed in Exploration also surfaces opportunity areas beyond what can be included in the MVP.
Post-launch we roadmap these with you for staged implementation in line with insights we gather from ongoing monitoring of the product’s performance.
We ensure assets are kept up to date with all software releases with a monthly allocation for maintenance. This is a critical component to security risk mitigation by avoiding known vulnerabilities remaining on the site.
Understanding how your audience interacts with your site is critical to the ongoing optimisation of your site’s performance and funnel conversion. We use a range of tools on an ongoing basis to monitor the performance of the assets we build, including but not limited to:

Our Ongoing Support looks different for every client. We work with you to agree on the activities you’d like us to perform on an ongoing basis (and frequency) at the conclusion of the project build or rebuild. These may include but are not limited to:
